Yes. All ARK Housing properties are fully compliant with current UK housing legislation. This includes HMO licensing, fire safety regulations (FD30S fire doors, interlinked smoke and heat alarms), Gas Safety (CP12) certification, EICR electrical certification, and Legionella risk assessments. We aim for EPC ratings of C or above wherever possible.

We provide a range of housing solutions including Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), transitional housing for individuals moving towards independence, and supported accommodation for those with more complex needs. Each housing type comes with a tailored level of support to suit the resident's circumstances.

ARK Housing operates through a combination of rental income, housing benefit and Universal Credit payments on behalf of tenants, service-level agreements with local authorities and NHS bodies, and private landlord partnerships via our guaranteed rent scheme. We reinvest in our properties and services to maintain high standards across our portfolio.
